Routine of monks who practice Dhamma

Dedicating merit to Phra Mongkhon Phiphat at Lak Si Temple

April 18-26, 2022

- 3:30 a.m.: Wake up and attend to personal matters.
- 4:30 a.m.: Morning prayer.
- 5:45 a.m.: Almsgiving.
- 7:00 a.m.: Early activities.
- 8:00 a.m.: Dhamma practice.
- 11:00 a.m.: Meal (in the alms bowl).
- 12:30 p.m.: Dhamma practice.
- 4:00 p.m.: Leisure time and relaxation.
- 5:00 p.m.: Sweep the temple and then rest.
- 7:00 p.m.: Attend a lecture.
- 8:30 p.m.: Wat (temple) activities.
- Believers participate in offerings.

**Notes:**
- Meals not to exceed 200฿ per person.
- Main host covers 2,000฿ per day, already fully sponsored.

Presided by His Royal Highness Somdet Phra Maha Ratchamongkol Muni, the middle chief monk and Committee of the Sangha Sangha at Wat Traimit Wittayaram, Bangkok.

In charge of lighting candles and leading the meditation: Phra Saraphan Koson, Secretary to the Central Abbot and Abbot of Samphanthawong District, Wat Traimit Wittayaram, Bangkok.

Also in attendance: Phra Mongkol Phatthanaphon, Abbot of Ban Phaeo District and Abbot of Wat Lak Si Rat Samoson, leading the mental prayers and serving as the chairman overseeing the construction process.
